Create and maintain all forecast models estimating expected volume, and the resulting capacity plan reporting for North American and International Workforce Management teams worldwide. These systems manage and estimate accurately millions of customer contacts per year, providing early warning and insight into the most effective and cost-efficient staffing levels needed for expected contact volumes. Models provide accurate estimates that are sensitive to the day of week, and to the day of month, down to the 30-minute interval level, including shift and staffing recommendations consistent with these projections.

Oversaw blockchain technology implementation for a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) start-up company. I orchestrate all aspects of crypto-mining operations by developing in-depth knowledge and understanding of crypto-currencies and trading, generated daily mining income while running 6GPU mining server.

At Merrick Bank Corporation, I envisioned and implemented strategic financial vision to align corporate goals with data and finance realities with management of four analysts and direct report to CFO. I directed all aspects of financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and projections in order to formulate strategic business plans and improve finance processes. I also provided forecasting for multimillion-dollar balance sheets, including capital, income, and P&Ls. I effectively assessed over $200M in profit potential for acquisitions, reported on Capital Stress Analysis and Budget Projections for FDIC regulators, and led internal/external financial audits. I also led quarterly reporting and annual budgets in addition to ad-hoc reporting in support of Finance, Risk, Credit, and Marketing. During my tenure, I expanded and modernized FP&A function, resulting in balance sheet growth from $500M to $3B+ over the course of 12 years. I played integral role in establishing new project to triple revenue per account. I achieved extraordinary results despite depressed markets, including challenging projections throughout the Great Recession and Financial Crisis. Moreover, I successfully stewarded evaluation of $94M Geico Insurance portfolio, $67M Plains Commerce Bank portfolio, and more.

At Sungard, I was promoted several times over to Director position with tenures as a Product Manager and Senior Analyst in charge of complex financial modeling. In my culminating role, I managed high-level financial modeling, including creation of legally compliant and seamless models pertaining to Portfolio Management, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Life and Disability Insurance, and more. I created models capable of withstanding auditing and verification from Big Four accounting firms for Private Client Wealth Management CFPs. I designed and launched software for major financial companies, including John Hancock, Bank of America, eTrade, JP Morgan, and more.
