Brigid has 20 years of experience in the areas of commercial and employment law, dispute resolution and workplace mediation, facilitation and training.Her work has largely involved the resolution of commercial disputes, both in and out of Court and extensive experience in successfully resolving disputes through mediation. She is experienced in consumer and competition law, misrepresentation and contractual disputes.Brigid's knowledge extends to providing advice in relation to business sales and purchasing, contract and tender reviews and commercial leasing. She has acted for employers and employees on a range of employment law matters including employer and contractor arrangements and workplace agreements, termination of employment procedures, unfair dismissal, underpayment of wages, redundancy, employment entitlements and sexual harassment and discrimination claims.Brigid has developed, delivered and facilitated workplace training and development to people all across Australia in a broad range of industry, including global production and mining organisations, government agencies, universities and private business.
