While working in the Client Services department at Libby Persyzk Kathman, my work experience included leading design teams to develop memorable, relevant brand equity, and secondarily, ensuring established brands' equity guidelines were being implemented for a broad range of consumer goods products at multiple consumer touch points. Partnering with client expectations, staying abreast of consumer perception, forecasting trends, and monitoring budgets, diligently, was critical to ensure cost efficiency, and that brand relevance was adhered to. Brand consulting also included partnering with lateral and down stream vendors to collaborate in the execution of consistent equity, often times globally, through package design, print promotional materials, and related marketing vehicles with the end goal of one, concise, clear identity of brand to consumer.Additionally, I served in the hiring and training process within the Client Services Department.
