I lead a group of team leads and senior individual contributors. This group is responsible for: - maintaining and building upon the RevenueProtect product and other customized decisioning that impacts the payment flow - incorporating automated decisioning via machine learning models into the existing RevenueProtect product and driving it's adoption - providing actionable data analytics and insights about payment customizations to Adyen's merchantsI also continue to be the hiring manager for Backend Engineering roles within Adyen's Data organization.

Lead a team of backend and frontend engineers working on the RevenueProtect product. We worked on multiple concurrent projects including: - incorporating automated decisioning via machine learning models - redesigning the custom rule builder to be more user friendly and scalable for future applications beyond RevenueProtect - modularizing the team's codebase to match new company standards - improving overall stability - reducing technical debtI was also the hiring manager for Backend Engineering roles within Adyen's Data organization.

Lead a large cross-functional team of developers, analysts, data scientists, and product design focusing on the RevenueProtect product. One of the main focuses of the team was on building a machine learning model which is able to replace most of the existing rule based risk profile.
