I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live a fulfilling life that is meaningful for them and am committed to making this happen by leading with authenticity, empathy and fairness.Through my role as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Lead, I support Bayside City Council to be a diverse, equitable and inclusive organisation that is a great place to work where everyone feels respected and valued. This involves collaborating and engaging with senior leaders to support their sponsorship of DEI initiatives, developing and implementing our DEI strategy, measures and change management approaches, leading the implementation of our Gender Equality Action Plan, administering and supporting our DEI Groups and delivering key initiatives to promote gender equity, LGBTQIA+ and disability inclusion, cultural diversity and reconciliation.
