Month-end/Year-end closing related tasks: review and approve manual journal entries, monitor BS and P&L and prepare analyzes for the management. Global Process Owner for beverage license related royalty. Operating royalty process - maintain royalty database with legal documents, completeness check of royalty postings. Review and analyse group royalty revenue on a quarterly basis. Stakeholder management of external and internal parties. Prepare Financial Statements for different UK entities. Take part in the month-end closing and issue invoices according to the Hungarian invoicing requirements. Complete and submit MNB and KSH reports. Produce different forecasts and analyze the figures. Report directly to the Chief Accountant and support new joiners. Manage Diageo Kft’s bank guarantee requests. Allocate incoming payments and initiate tax related payments, contributions through Bank of America. Main project - simplification and automatization of the Hungarian FS preparation and invoice issueing process.

Review of the following declarations and related reports: Hungarian, German, Dutch, Australian, New-Zealand entities. Prepare and review GL reconciliations. Support Manila and DBS PTP Team in case of incorrect postings and keep VAT trainings to them. Support Financial Controllers and take active part in audits (CARM, Big4, Tax Authority).
