Brigitte brings a sense of creativity, calculated efficiency, and effortless organization to day-to-day operations. She can create and manage marketing campaigns and oversee brand development. She shares her insights and experience – whether it is in areas of staffing, team management and training or marketing and design-specific and applies to business development, communication, brand continuity and growth. Brigitte has a degree in graphic design from American University and owned a full-service graphic design firm which specialized in brand development and political campaigns for almost ten years before venturing into hospitality. Her firm’s client list included among others The Glover Park Group, DIAGEO, Bloomberg for Mayor.As Brigitte transitioned into hospitality, she spent a year cooking under award-winning chefs before applying her passion for the industry in management. Brigitte led the front-of-house teams at José Andrés’ Oyamel, Restaurant Nora, and others. Her intuitive approach to hospitality combined with a profound knowledge of food and wine, made her invaluable to the local restaurant scene.Most recently, Brigitte has applied her varied skillset to help develop and support the growth of two commercial real estate businesses. She used her yoga teacher and health coach certifications to design and run an employee wellness program for the latter. Brigitte continues to strive for growth and learning as well as being intentional in her professional life and beyond. Brigitte is passionate about hospitality in its truest form and believes it should be applied in all aspects of life. When she’s not managing or creating, she may be practicing yoga, hosting a dinner party or dancing at a live show.
