Managing projects to create internal or external customer related solutions, hence allowing upcoming smooth implementation of new processes and/or freight forwarding operations within all transportation products environments.

Managing a group with 2 teams: - first one setting-up multinational major accounts - second one managing these accounts (Customer Service)

• Setting-up two EMEA departments which didn’t exist until then in Europe as well as implementing related procedures.• Managing 3 teams (15 to 20 FTE’s) :1.
