L’Oréal Belgilux and Netherlands became recently a Benelux cluster with new headquarters near Amsterdam. During this important change process I was in charge of all internal and external communication in collaboration with the CEO and the HR Director. My mission also consists in defining the strategy, the organisation and the new way of working of the Benelux Corporate Affairs team in charge of employee engagement and external reputation, including CSR and philanthropy.
