The project was to migrate the Order to Cash activities from the stand-alone Levi Premium Division into the corporate Levi Strauss & Co Company. This was performed via a change in ERP system ( from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to SAP) with a fit&gap analysis of the processes.- Change management agent for internal (Supply Chain, Sales and Customer service teams) and external (Customers) stakeholders.- Review and adopt mother company policies and SOP’s- Master data set up in SAP(customer and product).- Determination of test scenario’s + coordination of full loop tests in SAP.- Coordination of the project key phases between the key actors (Knowledge acknowledgment & transfer, Ramp Up plan, Go-Live & Stabilization period)

The Levi Premium Division consists in 2 high quality clothing lines from Levi Strauss & Co (Levi's Made & crafted - Levi's Vintage Clothing). From the Amsterdam based office, we serviced our global customers with high standards acting as the Premium division of a respective denim house.- Lead & coach the Order book team servicing 700 wholesale accounts & 60 retail points worldwide.- Liaison with Allocators, Demand Planners, Buyers for forecast build up, buying decisions & Inbound planning.- Liaison with Sales teams & AR-Finance team to review portfolio of customers, commercial agreements and establish credit limits, payment terms, cash collection.- Monitor & Analyze the seasonal order book conversion to define & ensure KPI’s for each region.- Monitor & Create ad-hoc reports to ensure the on-going business (Summary Order reports, Available to sell lists, Inbound schedules).- Review pre-season stores planning and allocation strategies based on stores performance, launches and sales trends.- Sales analysis on order fulfilment, shortages, sales through with sales team and retail buyers.- Product planning for marketing campaign.- Maintenance of master data in ERP system + product catalog in b2b web portal and sales order tools.
