About Brigitte Breternitz

Tanz ist mein Element und die Arbeit mit dem Körper meine Berufung welche ich zum Beruf gemacht habe. Meine über 20 jährige Berufserfahrung in Bereich Tanz, Choreografie und Bühne umfasst über 100 Livesendungen im Deutschen TV und unzählige grosse Bühnenshows und Aufträge für Theater und Film. Ich liebe es, mit und für Tanz zu kreieren und ich mag die Teamarbeit in grossen Produktionen. Besonders die Arbeit am Set und für die Kamera zu kreieren gehört zu meinen grossen Leidenschaften. Meine Phantasie ist endlos und ebenso meine Fähigkeit mich für Ideen zu begeistern.In meinen Coachings, welche ich in Einzel und/oder Gruppensessions sowohl online als auch offline anbiete, arbeite ich mit einem eigenen Konzept, welches ich im Jahr 2021 in einer umfassenden Studie an unterschiedlichen Probanden testen konnte. BUDY Flow ist eine moderne Fusion aus Yoga und Tanz und trainiert sowohl Körper als auch Geist und hilft das eigene Potential zu erkennen und die Fähigkeit zu nutzen, dieses Potential zu leben.
