As an office administrator, I am tasked with the daily duties of maintaining and organizing office procedures. This includes but is not limited to tracking of employee services and facilitating the use of company resources. I also do my share of customer services to ensure all the needs of our clients are met in a timely fashion. In this company, I get to work directly with the insurance agent to validate all paperwork for our clients.

As a client services manager, I adhere to the needs of all the clients, in and out of the facility, overseeing focus group sessions. Being part of the front of house department, I ensure that not only is the facility up to par, but that all the participants in the focus groups are taken cared of for the entire session.

As an office administrator, I oversee everything that happens in the office. I am at the front line of activity in and out of the office including all of the field workers. I manage daily and weekly payroll as well as construct project contracts and obtain the licenses as well as the permits that pertain to them.

As a debt settlement adviser, I have had the privilege to work with clients in Canada. While working in a department that serves Canadian clients, I have had to learn Canadian Laws along with applying my communication skills while working with a new spectrum of people. I have had an upwards of 420-450 clients at any given point, and have been ahead of my due dates at all times. Being a debt settlement adviser has opened up a new world of business for me by working with lawyers, business executives, and of course, creditors. I have also been lucky to have some experience in the negotiations department where I work directly with the creditors to serve my clients. Each of my clients provide me with new knowledge and give me a new skill set in how to approach different daily issues and concerns. Needless to say, every day is a new day and experience.

As an assistant manager, I have learned what it takes to successfully run a business. I work directly with the owner and have acquired communication and managerial skills that only comes with years of experience. I have been given duties of bookkeeping as well as working directly with customers and assisting their personal needs. Working as an assistant manager has provided me with the skills and knowledge of the business world as well as giving me the opportunity to incorporate my own knowledge. Being the assistant manager of a company has opened new doors and new experiences each day. With each new experience, I have been able to learn and grow from it to provide the best services available.
