As Aristocrat Realty's Office Manager Brigitte works closely with the principal broker in organizing and running the real estate brokerage and is responsible for intra-office communication, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, keeping the brokerage in compliance in all aspects of the business and Agent transfers, as well as ensuring commission disbursements. She runs day-to-day operations and ensures that the office operates smoothly. Brigitte is key support for all agents, partners and staff and available to answer all questions you might have!Brigitte, a native German, came to the United States in 2016, to marry her now husband Luke. After her education in journalism, media studies and graphic design she worked for over 10 years as a media manager for one of Germany's most successful publishers. She is also a ICCP graduate, a bilingual postgraduate certificate program aimed to provide essential HR and D&I (Diversity & Integrity) knowledge on the topics of intercultural communication, such as handling cultural diversity, culturally coded conflicts and challenges in multicultural and globalized societies. In her pastime she enjoys going to concerts, crafting and gaming with her husband on the XBOX and frequently can be found at local board game bars with her friends.
