About Brigitte Lipschutz
Brigitte is passionate about people development. Currently she is working for the family-owned group Cofra where she is managing the team in charge of the high potential development program for the 6th generation of upcoming COFRA owners. Assessment, selection, development and career curation are key elements of the program. She had her own coaching and training practice for 10 years. She coached CEOs, executives, managers and teams in small, medium and large multinational organizations as well as in the European institutions. Brigitte’s specificity as a coach is her background that is both rooted in science and in business. Indeed, she has a PhD in cognitive neuroscience (ULB) and worked as a researcher (University College London) and visiting professor (ULB). For the business part, she joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2006 and worked on a wide range of projects in management consulting. She later joined the Leadership Lab of Egon Zehnder where she worked on projects such as Team assessment, CEO Succession and Executive integration before starting her own coaching practice.
