As part of the International Affairs team of the Netherlands Supreme Audit Institution (Netherlands Court of Audit) I am responsible for a number of capacity development projects with Supreme Audit Institutions abroad to contribute to greater transparency, government accountability and robust public financial management in partner countries. With a focus on peer to peer cooperation between Supreme Audit Institutions in support of institutional capacity development, knowledge exchange and thought leadership.

As Senior Strategist and WIN (Worldwide Influencing Network) Advisor I work across the Oxfam confederation and with partners to co-develop Climate Justice campaigns, influencing strategies and funding proposals which link local to global. I actively work with partners and Oxfam Country Offices to ensure implementation of multi-million, multi-country programmes, specifically the Power of Voices Strategic Partnerships "African Activists for Climate Justice" and "FAIR for All" as well as the SIDA GROW programme. I co-facilitate Oxfam's COP26 (Global Climate Summit) Action team, engaging countries, Oxfam affiliates and regions in COP engagement, including at key Global Moments (G7, UNGA, G20), and supporting Country Office colleagues with national and regional level advocacy with country COP reps and negotiators.

- Program lead / consortium coordinator of the 5-year SRHR Strategic Partnership 'Masarouna'. Multi-country €52 million programme in the Middle East and North Africa region focused at SRHR of young people.- Program lead of the SRHR Strategic Partnership 'More Than Brides Alliance' (MTBA) (2016-2020). Multi-country, multi-million programme focused on SRHR of young people: voice, choice and alternatives (to child marriage)- Lead and/or contribute to programme and proposal development, including 'Masarouna'; 'Her Choice, Her Voice'; 'We Cannot Wait' (supporting southern partner SIHA in the lead); 'Say YES'; 'Women on the Move' etc.;- Member of the ‘Walking the Talk’ project group with the aim to contribute to the integration of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion into Oxfam Novib’s policies, projects and internal procedures.
