Brigitte Ott-Goebel, Dipl.-Betriebswirt (BA)/Graduate in Business Management, Certified Trainer (Daimler AG), Certified Systemic Coach (Institute for Systemic Coaching and Training ISCT Vienna), Certified Facilitator (School of Facilitating Berlin) brings a wealth of experience from her 25 years in the Automotive industry. Through her working experience in China Brigitte is an expert in negotiating and dealing with Chinese Business Partners as well as in leadership and conflict solving style in China. Her long-time engagement for promoting more women in management positions include building up women´s networks, mentoring and coaching young female managers.Since 2008 she has built up her own Consulting and Training Business focusing on Consulting in Diversity and international Change Projects. She provides leadership training as well as training in soft skills. Brigitte is a lecturer at FOM University of Applied Science Stuttgart and three partner universities in China: Wuhan Business University, Shaanxi University of Finance & Economics and Shandong Agicultural University. Additionally, she lectures intercultural competence at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt, Nürtingen.
