Strategic thought leadership and technical adviser on child and youth centred climate change action and advocacy, with over 12 years work experience. Led the development of the first 'Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre Youth Engagement Strategy 2018-2020', co-led the conceptualisation and establishment of Plan International’s Global Climate Hub to bridge policy, practice, humanitarian and development, and led innovative, global, climate education, child protection, and locally-led adaptation initiatives- from action-research, to co-design, to global roll-out- to advance children’s rights, with a focus on girl’s rights and gender in the climate crisis (examples include Y-Adapt and the Children’s Climate Cards.)
