Launched the global roll out, starting in Uganda, Micronesia, Lebanon and South Sudan. Promoted a cross-sectoral strategy to ensure local-level ownership, sustainability and partnerships including state -Ministries of Education, Environment, Civil Protection and Meteorological Offices- and non-state actors.
