As Software Specialist and Technical operations consultant I play an important role and supervise the technical department. As a technical specialist in the organization, I head the IT department and work with IT Managers and Asst. IT managers to put the envisaged plan into reality and yield optimum technological advantage for the company.I manage the procurement, analysis, design, testing and replacement of company’s global IT infrastructure. I provide IT leadership and management and oversee management of desktop hardware and software processes to support critical business, including development, installation, vendor selection, maintenance, and repair of desktop equipment. As a leader of technical department, I try to bring everyone together as a team through soliciting inputs from team members across different levels in the organization. I train the support staff as well as design and implement IT policies and procedures. My role also involves keeping up with latest IT technologies, introducing upgrade recommendations and verifying the uninterrupted functioning of crucial IT operations in the organization.

I served as lead on all software and technology issues and provided strategic planning for technology activities, like identification, development, prioritization, and management of IT tasks and projects day to day. I developed strategies using standard methodology to encourage performance improvement and overall efficiency of the business. I advised the client on software decision making and purchases according to the specific needs of different departments. In addition, I establishes and manages internal service level agreements, oversaw technology upgrades and ensured full configuration for smooth operations.
