Owned the inventory process from SKU planning through the product lifecycle.-Reduced the company inventory $9M, improved turn from 3.96 to 5.65, and reduced CPU from $2.05 to $1.95 by accurately forecasting and pre-planning sales, production, and design. -Increased the initial mark-up (IMU) 58.4% to 61.6% by planning the business and merchandizing.-Ensured a 97% fulfillment rate on the start ship date by managing the product mix, factory buys, and the calendar.-Reduced SKUs 27% and dilution 36% by analyzing and adjusting the product classifications.-Reduced inventory in the off-price market by improving the full-price strategy.
