I facilitated a 6 month collaboration between Village Wellth and the Alberta Community and Cooperative Association to increase awareness of investment co-ops across Alberta and BC.

For many years I have been consulting small businesses on business planning, strategy, marketing, operations, and exiting their businesses. I've now coupled these skills with my knowledge of the social impact sector by helping organizations explore social enterprise creation/acquisition and programmatic changes.

Through the entrepreneur programs at Momentum, I facilitated and coached over 100 entrepreneurs looking to launch or scale their business. This included social entrepreneurs, solo-entrepreneurs, innovators, and small businesses. I taught both online + in-person classes, hosted mastermind groups, one-on-one + group coaching sessions, and acted as a community engagement liaison for the broader Calgary entrepreneur ecosystem.

I'm an avid learner and where I find an opportunity to continue that journey is through educating others. After many years of being an entrepreneur and teaching self-employment programs, I've brought my knowledge to SAIT's school of business.

Legault Enterprises Inc. was initially formed to host Green Earth Organics, the only company in Calgary offering only certified organic products. After successfully exiting the company, I worked as a consultant in the organic grocery sector offering business development, strategic planning, customer service, operations, and marketing services for other boutique delivery services and promotion for Organic Alberta.

Green Earth Organics Calgary was the only delivery service offering 100% organic foods and fair trade options to Calgary and the surrounding area. I was a produce guru + purchaser, managed all daily operations/staff, and grew our community to hundreds of members through personalized guest service, organic food education, and by providing the highest quality local, fair trade, and organic products.

Within one year, I accomplished the distinguished award of Top Ten seller within all of Canada's Delta Hotels. I served the tour, sports, association, film, and education sectors.

Having joined Edmonton's TCS office as a Trade Commissioner Assistant, I was asked to transfer to the Calgary office as I continued my studies in international trade. In this role, I supported Alberta businesses in navigating export opportunities, coordinated and, hosted trade missions and events.

At Shell Canada, I exported the majority of the world's train and airplane greases and lubes. I served our largest account, the USA, and other global Shell, and external customers.

I am a firm believer that everyone should be trained by a high-end hotel chain when beginning any career. The hotel industry laid a foundation for my exemplary customer service skills, adaptability, ability to problem-solve, and operational prowess.I held various roles at the former DLAK and finished the last few years in operations management.
