Current- Oversee HR systems, administration and enforcement of all policies and guidelines.
- Development and training on all employees to ensure competency and compliance.
- Manage and oversee HR team, delegating work duties, managing performance and ensuring ongoing training and updates on skills.
- Work with leadership to develop best practices, ensure compliance, and create an environment that fosters high performance, teamwork, high morale, and a strong employee focused culture.
- Lead employee relation efforts to ensure the company fosters an environment free of discrimination and harassment, and in which employees feel free to express themselves without retaliation.
- Administer, design, improve and train on the company’s worker’s comp and safety programs. Ensure a safe work environment free of hazards, provide proper training and updates, and controlling costs associated with work.
