Andrea helps business, professionals and people in the tax and legal world.He graduated from Università degli Studi di Bergamo in 2000 in Financial Markets after an exchange period at the Copenhagen Business School.Andrea served for military service as Officer with the Italian Tax Police (GdF).He is an Italian certified tax advisor and legal auditor since 2006.He received an LL.M. on International Tax Law at the Vienna University (W.U.) in 2013.His practice focuses on Italian and international tax law, M&A, restructuring, finance transactions, real estate and last but not least transfer pricing. He works for natural persons (residents and non-residents), medium/large companies and one bank.He has been appointed Official Receiver for Bankruptcies and Assistant to the Judge by the Court of Bergamo and Office Consultant on transfer price by the Appeal Tax Court of Lombardy. Andrea has been appointed judicial administrator in companies (active in models to prevent crimes according to d.lgs. 231/01) by the Court of Palmi and Bergamo.He has given lectures at the University, also for Master courses, of Bergamo, Turin, LUISS Roma/Comando Generale GdF, Ca’ Foscari Venezia, SUPSI Switzerland and at professional associations on different tax and bankruptcy subjects (Ordine commercialisti e avvocati di Milano, Bergamo, Verona, Sondrio and Teramo).Author of articles about taxation.Andrea has been a fellow and sessional lecturer of “International & EU Tax Law” and “Diritto Tributario” of the University of Bergamo.He is an IFA member since 2013.He has held and still holds board of directors, supervisory board and trustee positions.Andrea was appointed by decree of the 20th July 2023 member of Ministerial Commission of study about crime law in insolvencies procedures “Commissione Bricchetti”.Andrea is the managing and founding partner of AM | TAX | LEGAL a team of tax advisors and tax lawyers specialised in international and Italian taxation, restructuring and white collar crimes prevention.
