* Undertaken the responsibility of ADM ( Alternate Delivery Model ) operations for West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Bihar at Delhivery.* Undertaken the responsibility of managing and Onboarding DAS ( Drop at Store ) agents for last-mile operations in low CPS ( Cost Of Shipments ), and the agents were worked for shipments delivery to local areas on a commission basis.* Managed a network of over 150 more Last Mile Agents in West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar.* Working closely with Last Mile operations team's for planning and executing business needs formajor clients like Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra Etc.* Undertaken the responsibility of 5 members teams for Onboarding new store vendors for delivery E-Commerce shipments across the East Region. * Undertaken the responsibility of the East region and expanding the DAS agents Model across the east region.
