1 Assesed the competancy level of the employees of Cairn energy India based on the competancy parameters designed by IHRDC .Worked on behalf of Institute of Petroleum studies and research Gurgaon India .2 Designed competancy level parameters of oil and gas activities/processes for IHRDC Boston USA.3 Advisor LNG retail marketing in Petronet LNG India.4 Advising in oil & gas related services/processes and providing solutions .with special referance to gas compression ,oil & gas processes ,effulent treatment and disposal and HSE issues .

Worked as head onshore operations for GSPC .The job involved oil & gas production and management .Work over operations for optimization of oil & gas ,putting sick wells on production,& installation of artificial lift system in non flowing/ small producers Land acquisition and site preparation for drilling of wells Drilling of new wells and putting them on production after assessing the potential of these wells through well site oil & gas testing Management of drilling of wells through charter hired rigs and through hired services of cementing , well logging, mud services and production testing.Creation of production facilities to produce oil & gas from isolated areas .All other activities related to production of oil & gas managment of stores of spares and chemicals including transportation of oil oil and gas sales , stimulation /hydro -fracturing of oil & gas wells .

I am a Petroleum Engineer from a reputed and oldest school of mining in India the INDIAN SCHOOL OF MINES DHANBAD BIHAR INDIA .Worked in ONGC from 1973 to 2008 in different positions from field production engineer to the level of executive director and asset manager and managed the jobs of oil exploration,drilling ,production ,reservoir management ,and all related activities of oil and industry including HR,Finance,engineering and procurement(E&P),HSE etc During 2009 - 2010worked as haead onshore operations in GSPC(Gujrat State Petroleum Corporation) . Worked as advisor retail marketing in Petronet LNG . for 4 years during . 2011 -2014. During the period from 2010 associated with IHRDC Boston and providing services as and when required regarding preparation and review of CUs ( competency units ), preparation of Q &A and connected interviews for oil & gas production,processes ,well stimulation services and the jobs related to oil and gas etc.
