In this role, I provide leadership to deliver software and technology services to the customers (3M, Schneider Electric, Baptist Health, Boehringer Ingelheim, General Electric, Synopsys Inc., and Cisco) in collaboration with product managers and owners. I partner with the senior IT leadership to drive current and future needs to deliver high-value technical solutions. I also leverage my experience in implementing large scale cloud transformations and shepherd the IT staff through various stages of product adoption. I have led several end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow’s offerings (ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, IRM, VRM, and ITOM) to drive digital transformation, tailoring product roadmaps to client needs and enhancing client satisfaction. Along with this, I have generated several business development opportunities for additional revenue to the program and increased contribution margins of the department.
