Launched a new product ‘’Semen Quality Analyzer’’ as Product Manager and explored business opportunities in Middle East, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Bangladesh. Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, Diagnostics Division is in the business of providing Instruments and Reagents to stand alone and hospital based diagnostics laboratories.My responsibilities in the profile was to follow the SOP to produce best quality of Diagnostics products for our customers. It was a supervisory role where I learned to work with team and lead a team of workers to drive productivity keeping quality. First lesson of leadership and effective product delivery through establishing systems was key learning fron here.
