Current• Handling the entire process of local interviews and recruiting candidates at the suitable position.• Identifying staffing needs "Vacancy Recruitment Analysis".• Sorting of data list and categorizing of candidates as per location, experience and job requirement.• Receiving Requirement and Directly Co-ordinates with Clients• Communicate all policies and any changes to the same• Handling Employee Relations• Maintaining Vacation records• Monthly Analysis on compensation• Compile feedback and take action to resolve queries• Issue of Offer letter, Confirmation letters, Increment letters etc...
