Responsible for client interaction.Helping our Client end HR in the recruitment process.Vetting of BGC Reports for several clients.Review client specific guidelines to ensure compliance with department’s procedures like maintaining trackers and preparing MIS.Providing vital support/ suggestions to the team members to maintain the quality and TAT (Turn-around time) of background screening operations.Weekly/fortnightly/monthly data analysis for process improvement.Successfully handled cross-functional rolesConducted intra department reviews and meeting to optimize Quality mechanismEnsuring the quality standards and deadlines are met.
