We will overse and coordinate daily warehousing activities by implementing quality, productivity, production, and customer service standards. We will be responsible for achieving the appropriate level of volume within relevant time limits. The goal is to ensure that daily operations not just meet, but exceed daily performance expectations to increase the business’s overall market share. Additionally, you will plan, participate, and supervise in the activities and operations of the warehouse and evaluate assigned team members.Clerical -- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.Transportation -- Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
