-> Responsible for overall department IT services including server (Windows Server and Linux) and deskside support (Windows 7/10), application support and planning and incident resolution (CA Service Desk)-> Handling of the departments Project Management needs (Agile and Waterfall) as well as Kanban boards and other tools for team success-> JIRA Software / Trello - Project management for all aspects of IT Technical and Development Operations-> Design and implementation of various IT related projects such as server migrations/upgrades, Windows 10 rollouts, A/V work for offices and conference rooms, etc..-> Infrastructure architecture and design for startups, migrations and expansions -> Security auditing, analysis, penetration testing and subsequent resolution determination of any issues. Creation and management of Red Teams, departmental and company policies and procedures related to IT overall and Security -> Create technical documentation for all infrastructure equipment including run books -> BPM identification and creation
