Ash Handling Plant• Operation and Maintenance of fly ash & coarse ash evacuation from ESP, Economizer, APH, ESP inlet and outlet duct, stack hopper by dense phase pressure conveying & vacuum conveying system. Operated system PD Pump, Denseveyor, Ash vessel, Tube Vessel and continuous fly ash conveying system by D pump, air lock vessel and k pump. • Operation of utility equipment compressor, air dryer, fluidizing blower, pumps, slurry pumps, vacuum pumps, clinker grinder, cooling towers, rotary vane feeder, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, Ash mixer. • Operation and Maintenance of intermittent Bottom ash evacuation by using water impounded bottom ash hopper with hydro ejector and slurry disposal to slurry sump or dewatering bins. • Operation and maintenance of continuous Bottom ash evacuation with submerged scrapper chain conveyor by higher capacity hydraulic drive units, chain tensioning units and motorized traverse drive. • Operation of High concentration slurry disposal system up to 60% ash water ratio operated pumps Geho Pump and Abel pump. • Operation and Maintenance of Fly ash and wet ash unloading system by ash conditioner, Unloading spout and De-watering bin vibratory feeder. • Operation and Maintenance of Ash water recovery system, De- watering system and surge & settling system.• Operation and maintenance of Fabric filter for fly ash evacuation. • Hands on Experience of Sap Permit.• Work as a site commissioning engineer, desk engineer and shift in charge. • Root cause analysis of equipment.• Developing of standard modification and procedures to increase efficiency. Coal Handling Plant• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of CHP Plant• Responsible for timely completion of preventive maintenance of belt conveyor including bearing checking, gear coupling, gear box, pulley, scoop coupling, scrapper and gravity take-up, idler and idler frame replacement.
