Fetch maximum Return on Investment (ROI) over Total cost of ownership (TCO).I have acquired a total 20+ year of experience in various IT engagements like Service Delivery/Operations Management, Account Management, Technical services management, IT Transition and transformation.Some of my key responsibilities are as following.-P&L ownership of the Account which Includes timely invoicing and recovery, budgeting, and meeting budgeted contribution margin and Account Farming.-Managing end to end delivery from client location and acting as a Single point of contact for the client and Internal Offshore teams.-Develop IT strategy which minimizes/mitigate key risks, reduces overall Total Cost of Ownership at the same time provide flexibility to scale up/down as per the client's requirement.-Develop a proposal and provide consultation for clients cloud-first strategy which includes multiple available options to adopt from Private, Public OR Hybrid cloud along with their pros and cons and commercials.-Management of client's computing & Storage environment and suggest refresh/upgrades/updates keep infrastructure scalable/flexible and to maximize availability and minimize/mitigate risks.-Providing a Service Desk, End User, and Service management services which includes keeping lights on and identify proactive risks and their mitigation.-Implementation of Incident, Major Incident, Problem, and Change management processes from scratch and integration with ITSM -Making sure standard KPIs (SLAs, Backlog, Aging etc.) are met and reporting of the same to internal and client organizations with structured governance.
