Responsible for security safety & loss prevention of the all 7 PVR sites in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar,I have good working knowledge of SAP (MS Dynamics  Navision software) for PO & GRN processI have good working knowledge for handling 300+ manpower with shift rotation system I handling 7 PVR sites and compile MIS report from all 7 sites CSO and send to next level. Ensure serviceability of security and safety equipment,Training of security personnel to be conducted every month,Basic fire training carried out every month with all employees,Evacuation drill carried out every quarter with all employees.Briefing of security personnel of any new changes,All legal compliance (PF & ESIC ) are met by agency,Dealing with security agency Day-night operational related queries, requirement of guard, relief, and their training,Carried out surprise security audit at the site and report to Next levelPrepare the daily /weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly MIS And report to be send next levelInvestigate all incidents at site and reports send to nest level.Prepare proper billing security invoice verification & submissionMonitoring of all material in/out movements.
