With over 20 years of experience in the global capital markets, I have developed a strong expertise in investment and portfolio management, risk and governance, and new business development. I have worked with public and private markets across diverse sectors and regions, delivering value and growth for the organizations I served.For the past decade, I was part of OMERS, one of Canada's largest pension funds, where I held senior leadership roles in both Asia Pacific and Toronto. As the Managing Director for Capital Markets in Asia Pacific, I led a high-performing team to build long-term partnerships and opportunities for OMERS and its portfolio companies in the region, managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio and executing complex transactions. As the Head of Investment Risk for Capital Markets in Toronto, I enhanced the risk management framework and processes, and provided oversight and guidance for the investment decisions and balance sheets of OMERS Capital Markets and its subsidiaries. I also gained valuable board governance experience and credentials, and established strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I have recently relocated back to Canada with my family, and I am looking for new career opportunities that will allow me to leverage my experience and make an impact for the organization.
