After the initial release of the restoration application, customer has given the requirement to move the solution as a cloud solution where it can be further utilized and subscribed by different individual contractor. • Part of my architect role, I used to complete my technical evaluation and provide the architecture best fit for the purpose. Business continuity, risk analysis and solution delivery and future enhancements are some of the key consideration of my analysis.• Part of my core development expertise, I do the programming in asp.net (MVC– C#), Asp.Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server. I frequently participate in code review and technical discussion. We follow Repository Pattern with Domain Driven Design.• Authentication point, I have integrated the solution with WS-Fed, SAML2, OAuth and Open-ID Connect protocol which allows to get BYOI using OKTA as universal Identity solution.• Some of major integration includes the real-time scanning for the document user uploaded to the portal, integration with Smart Community to fetch the service ticket and reporting. • With the Azure DevOps, I have built a Release pipeline which use the continuous integration and continuous deployment to deploy the package all the way from Dev to Staging to the Production environment based on approval from different stakeholders.• To ensure the 99.9% availability, we deploy our solution to more than one resources and use the Azure Load Balancers (Traffic Manager and Application Load Balancer) to get the maximum availability. We also have the enterprise integration where we feed the data from Salesforce using Azure Function and Logic Apps.• To ensure the delivery of the given feature is smooth, we use the Azure Application Insights. It generates the require telemetry as part of the monitoring solution. We have setup the Alerts and Ping report to understand not only the solution available across the globe but also provides the latency from the different locations.
