Projects:• Developed inhalable controlled release particulate systems for delivery of anti-asthmatic drugs• Development polymeric, lipidic and cell-based formulations for thrombolytic and anti-PAH drugs • Synthesized modified heparins to reduce incidents of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia • Established an isolated perfused rat lung model for ex-vivo testing of inhaled formulations
