I am a strong believer in the philosophy that talent wins games, but teamwork and camaraderie win championships. As a sportsman, I believe that nothing beats hard work, sincerity and diligence. I take this spirit of sportsmanship with me in all my professional evdeavours as a hotelier with a career spanning over two decades with some of the most trusted Indian brands. During my journey, I have had the good fortune to work with some of the biggest names in hospitality and learn from their experiences. I started my career from a hotel operations background where I was responsible for front office operations in my capacity as Front Office Executive. While I grew through the ranks and held positions like Duty Manager, Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager, I found Sales and Marketing to be my area of interest and decided to pursue it further. From hotel operations, I went on to hold the position of Sales and Marketing Head at HHI Group of Hotels where I established and led the function with the help of an incredibly supportive team. I went on to join the prestigious IHCL Group (Taj Hotels) where I was recognized for my talent and business acumen. I held the position of Director – Sales and Marketing for Umaid Bhawan Palace, one of the most well-known heritage hotels in the world. After an incredibly rewarding stint, I went on to join ITC Limited (Hotels Division) as the Sales and Marketing Head for ITC Grand Bharat – a one of a kind, all suite retreat located in Gurugram. During my tenure, among the many accolades I received, the one that stood out the most was winning the title of Director of Sales and Marketing of the Year at the Hotelier India Awards (2021). I hold the position of Area Sales and Marketing Head for the golden triangle hotels at present, where I oversee the Sales and Marketing for three incredibly unique hotels and look forward to establishing many more upcoming ones.
