As a corporate recruiter, I participated in team marketing and merchandising efforts to identify prospective associates. I conducted face-to-face group presentations regarding services and benefits offered by the company in terms of marketing and commission scales that benefit the associate’s specific needs. I answered objections, skepticism, or concerns voiced by the associate, and secured sign-on agreements. I coordinated associate and broker relations (e.g. contracts, addendums, commission agreements, associate responsibilities, etc.), as well as provided agents with all tools and amenities.As a real estate salesperson, I designed marketing material for prospective clients and property advertisements. I hosted open houses and performed client property showings. I curated real estate proposals, incorporating service and benefits, and market analysis of property comparisons relative to their investment budget or listing price. I addressed objections, skepticism, or concerns voiced by clients and provided customer solutions. I reviewed financial analysis property and relative merits of the primary methods of financing, including cost and identifying which of the methods meets the requirements specifically for the client. I prepared real estate contracts and coordinated transactions by completing the appropriate procedural steps, (e.g. cost sheets, deposit receipts, contract agreements, disclosures, etc.), as well as coordinating the escrow processes to the closing of the transaction.
