1. Produce reports based on the social CRM tool: Used the data in the back-end JingSocial Scrm system to analyse EHL Group’s monthly performance of its Wechat official account and came up with suggestions on how to improve the future performance; offer brands and company suggestions based on insights on the Wechat ecosystem.

Our team helped the client Brand Genetics, which is a consulting company headquartered in London, extend their thinking and understanding in the China and India markets by presenting a report on the market analysis in these two countries. We analyzed the emerging needs of the young diabetic patients and the challenges and limitations on the current healthcare devices and services. We also proposed three business opportunities and the corresponding innovation ideas that Brand Genetics could find useful when the consultants communicate with pharmaceutical companies that operate in Asia.
