Job Descriptions: 1. Managing and review the new sample being developed refers to the minimum quality standards and Europe’s Norm (EN) requirements. 2. Providing the document of Sample Technical Reports (STR) for the new products developed. 3. Issuing the weekly visits schedule for in-line inspection and pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to the supplier in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippine, and Thailand. 4. Monitoring the production progress and implementation of the quality standards by the suppliers during the production process and maintaining the shipment schedule of all the orders as shipment date in the contracts. 5. Conducting an inspection, analyzing and investigating the quality issues and coordination with the suppliers for problem-solving and quality improvement actions plan. 6. Issuing an inspection report and inspection certificate (IC). 7. Coordinating with the supplier and follow up the following agendas; - TA (Technical Audit/yearly) - Schedule of production (monthly) - Yellow and Green master sample validations (yearly) - Reviewing and validating for AI & packing constructions (included safety testing of the packaging)

Job Descriptions: 1. Issuing the job orders of the new products sample for the R&D teams (as the specification from the buyer). 2. Follow up the progress and monitoring the sample process included specification, the quality standard during in process. 3. Preparing the drawing of the product's specification and hardware (in case of the products requested by the buyer without detail drawing specifications) 4. Conducting a training with QC and production teams in promoting quality standard achievement and improvement performance throughout the organization of a QCC on a weekly meeting. 6. Performing an assembling test for the daily production results to maintain the quality as the standards. 7. Maintaining the quality during the production process by securing quality since the raw material up to loading process (supported by internal process control, In-line inspection teams, QCC teams and final inspection team, loading team in the container). 8. Analyzing the quality issues, supported by QCC teams and production supervisors. 9. Creating the standard operations procedures and quality references to assisting the operator's understanding the quality requirement. 10.Creating the standard operations procedure of the simple testing refers to the international standard test methods or references from the buyers and implemented in monthly internal testing (E.g: the glue bonding strength tests of F/J or Laminating refer to JIS 2003, surface resistance test with chemical and scratches test, the tape test for paint adhesions, stacking test, static load test, writing test, hot temperature, and cool test chambers test).
