I assisted many of Meridian's clients, and our sales team, with returning off-lease equipment. When requested, I would also work with transportation carriers that would help retrieve off-lease equipment from the customer site. After delivery and testing, our warehouse teams would provide audits of the returned equipment, which would be submitted to our sales team for review.Other ways I contributed to the company include invoicing our customers, obtaining pricing for sales department bids, and assisting our receptionist by forwarding incoming calls to the requested employee.

I manage all incoming and outgoing packages and letters for the company, helped fellow co-workers ship out personal and/or company items to their respective destinations, and ordered shipping supplies when needed. I was also part of a team effort to make digital copies of all our lease documentation, as several departments in our company were learning a new internal system. In November of 2013, my manager offered to bring me on as a full-time member of Meridian Group, and my title became Operations Administrator as of December 2013.

Received customer documentation for mortgage and refinancing applications, and reorganized it all to better assist our underwriting department. If there were any discrepancies in the customer's documents, I would notify the customer's bank.

I was able to assist customers with their purchases and inquiries, not only by gathering detailed information about our products and their preparation, but also by monitoring inventory and stocking when needed, resulting in minimal shortages.
