As Vice President of Administration, Brian is responsible for the executive administration of the Company in accordance with the mission of the organization. His direct responsibilities include leading the human resources department, recruitment of new employees, assisting the professional leadership of the management team, developing the corporate policies and procedures, managing and supporting the legal activities of the organization, leading the marketing and advertising campaigns, while assisting in both operational and sales activities of the business. Brian is directly responsible for facilitating the overall operations of Impact Selector.

Brian is a Managing Director of Lane-Link Group, Inc., a full service investment banking firm specializing in complex transactional objectives for entrepreneurial businesses. Brian's experience includes working with private business owners, public companies, co-ops, billion dollar international conglomerates, private equity and financial investors. Brian’s specialties involve mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, valuations, value creation, and the formulation and execution of exit strategies and strategic plans.
