Criminal Justice Major with a Minor in Communication and a Concentration in Pre-Law

Kitchen Lead tasked with managing kitchen responsibilities, ensuring safety, and providing a space where co-workers can effectively complete tasks while feeling supported.

At Live Nation’s venue I am looking out for the safety of our venue’s guests. I work with a group of security guards to ensure each guest leaves Hollywood Casino Amphitheater happy, and most importantly- healthy.

At T-Mobile I primarily answered phone calls related to billing, service, and upgrades. Often I would add lines, change plans or even explain their recent bills in-detail.

Communication Solutions was my first customer service job. At Communication Solutions our main focus was Spectrum. I would take calls from customers for various reasons such as: billing, television packages, mobile service packages, internet, seasonal shut-off’s, and more.

This was my first job. I worked here over the summer and was responsible for cooking food in a timely manner for customers.
