• Project Initiation Management: Initiation process consulting and management, includes Preliminary Scope and Agreement or Contract Definition and Budgeting.• Delivery Initiation: Initiating the orders and delivery process by validation on design and circuit core planning, the end customer SPOC confirmation.• Project Monitoring: Project Dashboard, Client Dashboard, and Defect Removal Efficiency monthly report.• Project Resource Monitoring: Percentage Resource Utilization and Bench report per project.• Overall Vertical Monitoring: All verticals Projects and Team’s monthly dashboard reporting to the Senior Management.• Manage the Program level Risks and Issues register• Complete and distribute monthly portfolio level reports.• Building strong, lasting client relationships by Coordinating with clients and internal teams Via Calls and E-mails to manage issues and deliver the service.• Providing accurate and timely service activity information to the Operations Manager.• Supervise and maintain master program schedule as well as PMO share point site.• Effectively managing multiple orders to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, Quality and to the Clients satisfaction.• Assist Project Managers and Program Managers in handling daily activities• Storing, input and updating data into share point
