When I was young I dreamed of being a writer. Wandering bookstores remains a favorite pastime of mine. So I started out interested in journalism. Then business communications, and then very quickly realized, after serving as a change practitioner supporting customers and clients implementing new products and services, that customer service is in my blood and project management is my calling.I have had the pleasure of working with talented executives across several industries, guiding strategic visions, creating learning and knowledge resources for employees and customers, and handling million dollar property acquisitions by uniting three different operating companies around a common goal. Someday I will write a memoir about how treating people with dignity and respect made me successful, and how bringing my true talents and passions to the table every day, showing up for my teams, and being a voice for the voiceless is the only way to create a career with meaning. Until that day, I'll keep updating my resume with the next exciting project and all the lessons I've learned along the way.
