I am a fully qualified Mathematics teacher and education professional with a broad and varied range of knowledge and expertise and have degrees in Mathematics and a Masters in Education Management.I am a strategic thinker with a problem solving approach and have worked in schools, further education and the public and voluntary sectors. I have excellent administrative skills and personnel, budget and project management experience and I am highly ICT literate and a skilled trainer and presenter. I successfully completed the Subject Learning Coach programme offered through the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS), and achieved accreditation as a Secondary School Improvement Partner at the first attempt. I have also been accredited as a Professional Development Lead by the National Centre for Excellence in Teaching Mathematics (NCETM).I have designed and delivered a wide range of CPD events, which received consistently high levels of positive feedback, and have developed a wide range of teaching materials and resources; including contributions to published mathematics and business resources.
