Responsible for pulling priority and out of stock items, stocking and backstocking items, as well as zoning the sales floor and providing assistance in general merchandise to both customers and coworkers

Responsible for setting up and tearing down audio gear, including sumner lifts, hung PAs, subwoofers, front fills, AR/OR/RF racks, aMidas Pro2 console, and antennas, as well as programming and operating consoles, tuning speakers to the room, setting wireless mics and in ear packs to new frequencies, setting the stage for bands between 5 and 10 people (with a new bandmost every week), running soundchecks twice a day for four days a week, making in ear monitor changes from front of house, working with band, video, speaker, and sound effect cues through the console andQLab, collaborating with a front of house team over communication channels, and livemixing for band sets each service.

Served as an In EarMonitor Technician, was responsible for mixing themonitor packs of a 6 to 8 person band depending on the week, and also performed stage hand and backstage cleaning duties. Also served as an A2 in front of house, helped with stage sets prior to the event, gave timecode countdowns, ran communication channels, called cues, and made sure that front of house was running smoothly for conferences
