Throughout her career, she has served in an operations capacity within several industries from Wall Street to Real Estate. Brindley previously owned a successful real estate marketing and transaction management company where she closed over 2,000 real estate transactions. She gathered experience in building a successful transaction business from an independent operation to a team of seven, in just three short years. This expertise now allows her to share her knowledge by assisting agents, brokers, and industry leaders to attract and retain top talent for their teams and offices. She helps bridge the gap between operations and sales through recruiting, training, coaching, and consulting. She is also the owner and developer of Transaction Management Academy, a full transaction management training program.A resident of the Tampa Bay area since childhood, she graduated from Northside High School and went on to graduate from Texas A&M University. When she is not attending to the requirements of being a business owner, she spoils “Maggie”, her seven-year-old Yorkie-Poo.
