Brine Wells Development, LLC is a recently former Company whose members have over 100 years of development experience primarily in the hospitality industry. Ed Riley is the Managing Member and the partners include: Al Gough and Kevin Riley. Our Mission Statement is: Brine Wells Development's primary focus is on the restoration of historically significant hotels to weave them back in to the fabric of the communities they were built to serve. With over 100 years of experience in restoration, construction and financing we strive to save landmark properties and bring them back to life using assets form the nearby community such as goods, services and labor. In that way, we not only preserve history, we also improve the economics and employment in the neighborhood.
