• Daily reporting to the main office in the UK regarding operations on different sites where AHK is appointed to supervise weighing, sampling, loading and moisture determination of different commodities including Copper cathodes, copper blisters, ores and copper concentrates.• Manage and coordinate new appointments from clients.• Perform and report Stock Inspections/ due Diligence directly to the main office in the UK and theclient.• Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedure is adhered to during operations on sites.• Follow up on operations on site and provide timely guidance from the UK office and the client tothe team on site.• Draft Excel template for use by the inspectors on site for the purpose of standard reporting to theadmin team at the main office.• Track sample input and export samples data through the bespoke lab management software LabCreate.• Supervise site supervisors for a seamless flow of operations on site.• Collaborate and liaise with the network of AHK offices and discharge ports in Sub-Saharan Africa and worldwide.• Draft supervision reports for all monthly appointments and spot jobs.
